Nooitgedacht Village 

Working closely with interior designer Concept_Luz, we transformed a standard, off-the-shelf unit into something truly special. Every detail was thoughtfully upgraded, starting with a fresh coat of paint on the walls, ceilings, skirtings, and balustrades. We replaced all light fittings, installing three stylish sconces, one in the kitchen/living area and two in the bedroom, for added ambiance.

In the kitchen, we enhanced the space with sleek, modern tiled splashbacks. The bathrooms received a complete makeover, including new tiling, revamped shower floors and walls, and plumbing for a double vanity in the main ensuite. All bathroom units were meticulously fitted, including basins, taps, towel rails, toilet roll holders, and mirrors, ensuring a cohesive and functional design. We also transformed the guest toilet into a standout feature, with custom elegant wall paneling that elevated the space from ordinary to extraordinary.

Outside, we created an entertainer's dream. The backyard now boasts a built-in bench with a beautifully tiled floor that seamlessly connects to the living area, complemented by a stunning pergola to provide the perfect setting for outdoor gatherings.
